This, along with the books being sealed similarly have baffled me forever. Theories

1. Maybe the bailoutnwas necessary after all
2. High level attorneys have obligations also. I remember Someone from Cooper and Kirk golfing with Obama....maybe rules of engagement?
3. Mayybe they all have to run to first base for appearances but the fix is and has been in.
