I totally understand your rationale how interest payments could still be owed to former WMI Equity holders of Wampq, Wamkq and the Reits.

The question is whether any assets are left from which distributions can be made...once their existence is confirmed, it's means of distribution and division can be worked out.

How Commons are entitled to any such interest payments is beyond me since Common stock offerings do not receive interest payments under any circumstances.


Also IYO, what do you think is the reason for the delayed announcement of, or distributions of cash / "shares" to former WMI Equity.
