Well, not to anyone who follows EXACTLY what the company says and does without a twisting action towards the negative.

Really it is typical communications for Kim. He wants us to make more inquiries I guess. I put in a 10 hour day yesterday. I didn't realize we got a PR until later than usual for me..... Thanks to theprofessor2 for texting me. I had no time to indulge the information for what the info is worth either. Friday of all days too. Monday through Thursday...sure.

Kim could tell me Patent #12345678 has been granted in the EU. I wanted to think they were talking about a patent being granted. They sort of said it, but they weren't as direct or exact, as they could of been.

Most of what I argued was correct, but because the patent was indeed granted, the protection was greater than secondary protections I pointed out existed. There was room for some doubt, for those of us with busier than normal days. But the way we were told, the challenge was on.

The news was better than it appeared and who wouldn't take it willingly, except those that make poor judgement calls regularly enough to be ignored.
