There were police next to Babbit, there were armed security where this jerk was located. He failed to warn anyone which has to be done before the police shoot. Nobody heard him warning, there were plenty of people around and nobody heard a warning.

This goofy cop was the same one that left his gun in the bathroom and should have been fired. She was ex=military, he didn't know that, she wasn't in uniform. lol
