The current Astra Veda Corporation configuration brings a diverse group of revenue streams which showcase disruptive and innovative technologies to market through a rigorous due diligence and opportunity assessment program called the “Astra Star Gate”. This proprietary process is used to evaluate potential future investment opportunities, the end result of the vetting processes is a development project with a known revenue producing opportunity that has the highest possibility of success, minimal risk, audit ready financials and the potential to produce the greatest returns for stakeholders.



]Punchzee™ is a class-leading project management and punch list software for the construction, fire and life/safety industries.

The Punchzee™ App platform is already being used by one of the largest Fire, Life Safety companies providing inspection and certification services throughout the East coast, including hospitals and police departments in the NYC area. Punchzee™ is available as a web-based app, Apple, and Google mobile apps as well as Windows and MacOS desktop app.
The fee-based dedicated OEM versions is available for qualified customers.


OUR CO-INVESTMENT AFFILIATE: BALLISTIC BARRIER PRODUCTS, INC.

Our latest Astra Veda Corporation investment affiliates is Ballistic Barrier Products, Inc (BBP) which is incorporated in the state of Delaware. Mr. Davis is a cofounder along with Ron Egres, Jr. and Mr. Andy Finch who is the Partnership President. Astra Veda Corporation owns a contingency stake of 35% of BBP and provides governance and other fee-based compliance, accountability, and financial administrative services.

Ballistic Barrier Products (“BBP”) is a licensed production and application of a unique bullet and blast resistant light weight roll good called Bullet Barrier™, which can be used as window blinds, curtains, for aircraft, automotive, commercial, and residential applications.

In June 2021 the Company leased 7,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space in Johnsonville, Tennessee with specialty stitching, binding, and cutting equipment which began arriving in early June 2021.
Bullet Barrier™ Products has over $3,000,000 in demands for quotes from a number of court houses, public and private schools, FBI offices, places of worship and commercial customers, with
interested parties in the international military supply and physical security spaces.

Formal production is slated to begin in November 2021. In the meantime, BBP is building out production capability; establishing supplier agreements for raw materials; obtaining product performance certifications through the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
and arranging distribution partnerships with various domestic suppliers.

OUR CO-INVESTMENT AFFILIATE: CYBER FIDELIS, INC
.
This pending joint venture opportunity was established in 2005. Previously providing classified and unclassified consulting services to the government and the Defense Industry Base (DIB)
clients, “Cyber-Fi” was tasked in October 2020 to provide standardization for CMMC-based risk analysis services for suppliers to the US Department of Defense. During the latter part of 2021, Cyber Fidelis will begin engaging CMMC AB certified Registered Practitioners and formally become a Registered Provider Organization (RPO). 26/08/2021

These certifications will allow Cyber Fidelis to begin engaging a customer base of over 300,000 government suppliers to assess their qualifications to meet the first three of five formal government
certified levels of security maturity. Cyber Fidelis, Inc. has provided cleared defense contracting services for classified engagements to the Intelligence Community and expects to continue to grow that area of business.

The US Government will begin phase-in of formal compliance requirements over the next six years with all government DoD suppliers being required to meet the level (1-5) of security maturity necessary to obtain future supply contracts.


OUR CO-INVESTMENT AFFILIATE: SAYPHR MESSAGING

Astra Veda is currently in capitalization discussions with partners in Colorado and Arizona to
further develop its joint venture with Cyber Fidelis, Inc. and Paranotek’s “proof of concept”
application Sayphr utilizing Paranotek’s quantum computing resistant encryption into an end-to-
end mobile messaging (chat) client.

Sayphr is similar to the WhatsApp and Signal chat programs, but utilizing a zero trust, intercept
resistant and proprietary patent-pending, quantum computing resistant encryption protocol, that
uses no centralized message distribution and a unique “out of band” key exchange methodology.
Sayphr ensures that messages remain accessible only to authorized users. Sayphr is a completely
autonomous technology with no ability now or in the future to access user messages. All
messages are security encrypted from all forms of outside access. Sayphr remains in the
demonstrated proof-of-concept stage until such time as dedicated capital becomes available to
bring this product to maturity.

OUR CO-INVESTMENT AFFILIATE: RIVETING ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LLC.

Riveting Entertainment Group is a Los Angeles, California full service multi-award-winning production company with over a decade successfully producing over 300 music videos and commercials with repeat clients ranging from Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga to international brands like Reebok, LG Electronics and American Express with 3 MTV Awards and a BET Video of the Year award.

The Company provided an early stage “A Round” convertible note to Riveting along with the Global Trust Group's funding round in March 2018 and is not involved otherwise. The adjudication
of funds owed to Astra Veda, its ownership position, asset valuation, rights and overall monetary value should be determined in the adversarial court action against the founder and family members.

OUR COMPANY

Astra Veda Corporation is a Wyoming based company with contracted constituents located in Huntington Beach, California; Prescott, Arizona; Buenos Aries, Argentina, Turku, Finland, and the greater Washington DC area. Our business ethos is centered on the highest corporate moral values of trust, integrity, complete transparency, and a genuine sense of personal responsibility for investor and shareholder value.

The Company currently consists of two (2) directors; Mr. James Michael Davis, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, serves as the Secretary and Treasurer and Mr. Lauri Vilhelm
Tunnela of Turku, Finland who is a member of the Board of Directors, and Chief Technology

Officer of subsidiary Paranotek. Mr. Davis is the managing member and Astra Veda Corporation owns 51% of Paranotek, LLC., which was also incorporated in Wyoming. The company will recruit additional directors and board members over the next 18 months.

Astra Veda Corporation currently has several contracted staff members in trusted key positions.

Mr. Jeff Ballard is the Acting Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Ron MacDonald is the General Manager for Sales Operations; and Mr. Johannes Maliranta of Turku, Finland is the Creative Director.

The combined Astra Veda Corporation executive team has over 20 years of experience throughout the US domestic and international landscape across companies as varied as Sony Pictures Entertainment, Dell/EMC, USCYBERCOM, the United States Navy, Honda American Motors, Hudson Pacific Properties and Stone Creek Capital. Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Davis have known and worked with each for over 20 years on projects for national sized clients like Berkshire Hathaway supporting DaVita Kidney Care; Mr. Ballard and Mr. Davis have known each other since childhood and the cyber security practice team has recently worked together for large private corporations such as affiliates with Goldman Sachs from Genstar Capital.
