The PR never mentioned which patent. You assumed it was the one Truth posted. It wasn't. The knock in/out patent is new and will take a while before it's granted.

The patent mentioned in the PR was the same one that the company PR'd when it was granted in Vietnam, Korea, Australia, Canada and South Korea. It was laughed at before because people didn't care about those countries. Now it's been granted for the EU.
