The auditors have been killing us for the 2020 10K. It's taking way longer than we expected, but we're almost done. We're trying to get XBRL tagging and edgarization completed while the auditors are still reviewing in an attempt to shorten the timeline. We should file the 10K shortly and then 4-5 days per Q. It is interesting that TD and other brokerages have already removed us from their 15(c)211 list as the actual SEC definition of "current" as far as quotations are concerned is that financial information must be available as of 12 months and 3 days from the date of quotation. We are now within this window since we filed the 3Q2020.
The problem is that the OTC Markets has clearly stated that they will not remove the CE until we are fully current with our filing requirements.
Once we are current, we have a lot of things to talk about as the company fulfills on our business plan.
