KBLB has no legal protection for their intellectual property associated with the EU patent

Is it then your opinion that patents legal protections are limited to infringement proceedings? If you were in the EU, would you try to change the fiber properties of silkworms and sell products in the EU, based on KBLB's patent submissions?

Patent apps are place holders for IP rights. This means no one can legally make what we make during the patent submission process. This also means all IP protections start at submission of the application. Not arguing infringement can't be pursued, but does it matter. These IP rights stopped the firm in South Carolina from pursuing what we have. It ended with a cease and desist letter.

Saying there is no legal protections for KBLB is absolutely false.
