If you think about it the 1094 Military Trail LLC was set up for the sole purpose of owning the one building. Since the building is still there as collateral it should not matter who is paying the mortgage.

If I were a bank, and had the right to disapprove the change of ownership, I would be concerned about the lack of cash. They don't have money on hand for any contingencies.
