In that same tweet ( now mysteriously deleted ) he clearly stated any deal with NOHO was off as share transfer was never completed.
He also stated they were looking for a new partner.

I may have a screenshot of that tweet, if so it will be posted.

Definitely looking like another MJG p&d...
When the PR hits be ready to have a sell price set with your brokers...don't be a bag holder.
