i called them last summer after holding for a long time and they did not strike me like they even cared about the fact they were selling shares.. they had no interest in filing.. and they seemed FDH... fat dumb and happy with the way things were and not interested with the debt associated with filing and pr's and anything to promote the stock..

that spells long stretches of nothing....
