Stay focused, you yourself know what the company is worth, where it has come from, what it has already done. It would be VERY HARD to look at that and agree even slightly with those others that have doubt - are you thinking that they are helping you??

That is why we all have done the DD and shown all of you that DD. So you yourself can rid yourself of the doubt?

Have they shown you something that opposes that? Really have they??

Human nature I suspect is the root cause of this. I do NOT know why they are trying to sway the board - perhaps they have other reasons.

I would take nothing from this unless they can show you why they believe the way they believe - hard evidence, like what and HOW the board over-all has shown.

Go back out to the SEC and look at the last years of qtr.(s)/An and look again for yourself, so it is fresh in your mind.

Stop letting them bug you.

Waiting is a hard game for sure, STOP getting rattled.
