The fact is, that they lied about their millions in profit when they first went public. Probably only filed audited financials in order to stay public. So, despite all the frustration with the new regs., they seem to be helping investors not be lied to......I've been so frustrated over the years with the lying and deceptions as CEO's gleefully shovel manure over our heads......
