Oh he's definitely not running this country. He's got Globalist fingers and hands in every hole of his body making everything from his mouth to his brain move. The man is all but brain dead. They knew that when they ran him for office. He's so senile he can barely read the cue cards without getting confused. He will barely carry on a conversation with a reporter because he gets confused and doesn't know what to say.. He starts to stutter. He's on the same dope that Wobble Head Hillary was on in 2016 when she couldn't hold her head up apparently. lol
