well im sure they have had to let some contracts go but the issue is why destroy an assett... when it can easily be made to work to support policy without destroying all that wealth.. and the ramifications on future cap in flows...but i guess they think the US is that degraded that people might actually believe China is a safer haven for cap...i say this company survives...but there is a lot of paper out there. 1.7 billion shares
