Hello, of course not, this is practically a new company and that does not mean that OPEX is not for real. Also, Don't you think NYMEX did their DD?

I seriously doubt the CEO and the other executives are going to jeoperdize their $6.7M in loans to the company as per the Form 8 dated 1/10/06
