1. The Motion to Assert/Resolve Claims already happened. It began last fall, there were three claims, and there's tons of debt that has NOT been settled in all this time, and Chasey says it cannot be negotiated. He tried and got nowhere.

2. Separately, having no bearing whatsoever on #1 above, there is a September Motion to Bar Unasserted Claims. This will almost certainly be granted, but it simply means that no additional claims beyond what's already been submitted to the courts will be presented to PFWIQ and the courts in the future.

The 3 existing claims have not been settled, and the September hearing has nothing to do with those 3 existing claims which have not been settled.

Repeating and rephrasing untrue statements which have no basis in reality will not make those statements true. The documentation could not be clearer.
