The book on level two started to fill up with stock for sale in the 90's that nobody traded and the buyer or buyers of the VLXC simply backed away. They know they will scare stock into their hands (this is thin with stock in penny trader hands, not pro's) and they will take it at lower prices. Seems like that has worked again and again.
