It’s reaaaaallly hard to believe anyone could think that management did a very detailed deal for the assets and also accepted an “IOU” for a SPAC to be formed 3 years later (SPACs weren’t hot at the time) to enrich them. I wonder if they pre-agreed all the “clues” they would drop in research reports and patent files while keeping the rest secret under the guise of some confidentiality agreement??
