So you are STILL going with this UPFRONT/KAHC business even though at the time “upfront” was written (to describe all the consideration being loaded upfront, of course), KAHC didn’t exist. It didn’t have investors, a memorandum, etc. just astonishing. To this day it has not identified a target. Unless it’s lying to investors in its filings, obviously.

How’s does that work, an IOU from a to be formed company someday?
