Lin had to have had a concept or idea if not a plan to utilize this shell. He didn’t arbitrarily decide to take over the shell just to have his name on it. He was familiar enough to file the appropriate paperwork to make change of leadership. And has gone to court for legal proprietary leadership/ownership of the shell. He’s aware of the value or it’s potential otherwise why fight? He must be somewhat aware of the new requirements and deadlines. I believe we will see something soon, maybe already completed and waiting for OTC/SEC to filter through the mountain of filing filed by thousands of companies. Still keeping fingers crossed!
