I sold out most .22 last week when the bid jumped up due to strong ion communication earnings. No mention of the merger in the new 10q but I said too much uncertainty and sold 40k for +$3k up $20k on IONI from the rallies over the past year.

Still got 20k shares in case the merger falls thru and IONI remains i-on communications
