Dunno and don't care what governments call it, but it does have a medical definition.
A jab is a jab and how the word makes anyone feel about anything doesn't change what it is.
If calling it a jab might encourage more addicts to be vaccinated all the better.
Still my question remains, would a military PSTD sufferer possibly rather it be called a jab than a shot?
Late thought: A confirmed alcoholic might not appreciate a shot either.
