But of course the filing isn't actually due until Monday, regardless of the date he stated as the anticipated date.

Quarterly reports for non-accelerated filers like NSAV are due 45 calendar days following the end of the quarter. So the report would have been due on Saturday, 8/14/21. But when a report due date falls on a weekend the report is not due until the next following market day. So our quarterly report was not due until Monday, 8/16/21.

But they filed for a five-day extension. Regardless of the date they filed for the extension, the extension gives them five more days from the original due date. So the extended due date would have been Saturday, 8/21/21. But again, since 8/21 is a Saturday, the company has until Monday, 8/23/21 to file.

The SEC's EDGAR filing system is open for submitting files Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, excluding SEC Federal Holidays as listed below. Files submitted after 5:30 p.m. ET will receive the next business day's filing date except for Section 16 Form 3, 4, 5 filings. If a due date is on a weekend or SEC holiday, the filing will be due the next business day.
