$SSTY - Sometimes, it's best to go back to the basics. Here's my basic view.
Since January of 2021, someone or a group of people have been buying SSTY.

The buyers have had been assisted by sellers that finally had a market to get rid of these shares they have been holding onto forever (over a a decade).

Now, we have another issue that has come up...this deadline for a Financial Statement. People are dumping the last few shares they were holding. Again, somebody is buying.

The way I see it, this deadline is going to come and go and there will be no changes because SSTY is already on the Expert Market. We'll see what happens from there - but the buyers of these share are buying for a reason.
