What has truly disappointed me with the 13D is that they have published no plan today.
I fully understand that they could not publish any while waiting for the proxy card.
But I was assuming that they had prepared it in parallel and that, bam, it would get published the very same day they get the proxy card. This would show confidence, hard work, and that a plan is making progress as it should given the crisis situation of the company.
And no, nothing published today. The void.
They are lazy and it is becoming very visible now. And the company certainly cannot afford laziness.
