Chunky, the warrants have nothing to do with when you'll receive your cash! The money is already in escrow. The warrants just affect the terms by which MSSV pays back the loan. To get the cash... Lans just needs to hurry up and get it figured out.

Took a quick look at the 8K- sadly it's not "super". States that Financials will be published within 71 days. Very similar to how things went down with ozsc, so while disappointing, also not surprising. Really need some idea of GSCG's revenue/ balance sheet to get an idea of exactly where this should be trading!!
