True. Second post in the link below. You have to remember Costco has a slightly different business model than Walmart however.

My neighbor works at Walmart and she seems to enjoy it. I don't think they intentionally exploit their workers. like any job she says it has it's pluses and minuses. I shop at both places. At Xmas she pickjed up the PS2 for my son with her 10% employee discount. ;)
