When the prospectus comes out, look to see how much capital outlay they are planning for, new capacity is not cheep.

I suspect that INTC couldn't get permission and they didn't want to overpay. Capital outlay for the new capacity could rival that market cap!

Looks like the timing of the IPO will be closer to the beginning of the new cycle as opposed to the top of the market(end of cycle).
