I think you're reading this wrong because you are making an assumption. They already agreed to convert their debt to shares and to make them restricted.

Your nightmare scenario is that once they are unrestricted they will dump. I believe that is the wrong assumption. There were other legal paths to protect their investments.

Darnell should continue his efforts on building the company, ignore the advice of us ALL.

They are developing the ATWEC Center, Selling Kiddie Safe products in: "Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas...as well as New York and Illinois" page 7 of the latest filing. They don't have an installation group, nor a sales group, nor an administration group. It's 3 people working on the Kiddie Safe products and on the ATWEC center.

Either be patient or accept that you've met your limits and move on.
