FOLLOW THE BOUNCING BALL...

In the BSer SB latest Fluffy PR about being the head of StarGaze

went on to form a ground breaking streaming video company called Vidnet, with the vision that the Internet would eventually have a major position in the Music and Film distribution market.

Vidnet had one of the world's largest collection of music videos online. Mr. Brown built the company from 5 to over 100 employees; and also took the company public on the NASDAQ, reaching a market cap of over $500M.

With some quick search this can be found

Vidnet (NASD OTCBB: EBLD), a division of Entertainment Boulevard, is one of the leading providers of streaming entertainment-related media on the Internet. Entertainment Boulevard develops and licenses entertaining content to be broadcast on line through Vidnet, thus making quality programming available to anyone in the world with access to the Internet. In addition to making programming more accessible, it makes it more convenient; all of Vidnet's programming is available on demand.

And with another quick search, this can be found.

Entertainment Boulevard was REVOKED by the SEC in 2006

This is the doc
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001097719/999999999713016625/filename1.pdf

That seems pretty special, at least to me, since the "mr" Brown is soo proud of his background...

But wait! There's more wink

With more digging here's what can be found..

Entertainment Boulevard Inc -EBLD (was once SDMT)

There was a doc filed by Little Stevie in 2000

https://sec.report/Document/0000912057-00-011854/

It increased the shares of stock from 9+M to 23+ Mil. Guess who got lots and lots of shares.

Within that doc is the information that

Entertainment Boulevard "acquired" International Net Broadcasting LLC, which began as All Media Distruction LLC...

Entertainment Boulevard was registered in NV then CA..(both revoked)
Here's CA. Looking at the Doc, Stephen Brown says he is a resident in CA back in 2000, I assume he didn't lie! Nah, no way.

https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/Document/RetrievePDF?Id=02181035-4769072

All Media Distribution and International Net Broadcasting, were both registered in CA . Same company, just a name change.

https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/Document/RetrievePDF?Id=199627710042-1147394

Guess who's fingerprints are on those docs. WHAT? Stephen Brown? Impossible. Seems Little Stephen Brown enjoys name changes.

I must admit, at this point, my head is SPINNING.

The bottom line. The "nasdaq" company he operated is REVOKED but, it appears, he had lots of shares and was able to get rid of at least some. Still doing DD in that.

Just couldn't help notice the similarities between then and now. Lots of companies, name changing, ticker changing and "acquiring"..

Except that this time Little Stevie can't even get a name change/ticker change done. He had to revert back to the name of the company that he was asked to "take over"

I would look into Star Gaze but why?

I've seen enough (through DD) and watched enough on his CON calls to know when a duck is a duck.

Follow the bouncing ball??? Just a tad hard with Stephen Brown.

Little Stevie Brown and the art of distraction.
