I can’t believe he’s using the term “buyback” for trying to connect buyers & sellers thru legal counsel.

Buyback infers a reduction of shares.

In his (SB) own words, the shares involved in his buyback are simply changing hands…

SMH at his explanation and continued use of the word buyback.
