MSMY Going Concern Matters

The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”), which contemplates the Company’s continuationas a going concern.

The Company has incurred an operating loss of $99,100 during the three months ended June 30,2021 and had an accumulated deficit of $1,304,163 as of June 30, 2021.

Management intends to raise additional operating funds through equity and/or debt offerings. However, there can be no
assurance management will be successful in its endeavors.
