this is so weird...ok buyback with shareholder/potential shareholder. This group of Magnificent 7ish want to buy shares. Well, they sure can get 'em cheap on the market today. I guess it works by doing privately they are not allowed to sell them til a certain time. I think that is the trick. I have no idea what is going on here.
