Just want to toss something out here and want the BRAINS to tell me WHY this is such a stupid, crazy, dumb, azzmunchin idea:

Atwec, on May 25th, issued over 60M shares to cancel debt which was owed to 7 people. In other words, Monty, Audrey, Robin etc. ALL received MILLIONS of Restricted shares - some 20M, that's right 20M shares.

Now Fingers or Martin - if YOU were issued 20M shares of anything - wouldn't you try your darnedest to get PPS up so you would get to dump at a decent Price?

Now follow me here - If ALL of these people that just got over 60M shares in total bought product, that would raise PPS and when next Qtrly FINs comes out and the market sees revs catapult higher - then wouldn't PPS follow on that great news ? Their legends come off and they could then sell at 10x, 15x, maybe even 25X current PPS - depending on how locked the FLOAT was.

so WHY wouldn't these people (as a group) BUY product hand over fist and donate them to get sales up and hence PPS ?

20M shares sold x even 10 cents (ok say an avrg of 7 cents) (ok an avrg of 5 cents over time) is freakin $1M bucks...why wouldn't they buy tons of products and spend even $50K each to raise PPS before they sell for over a MILLION bucks ? I mean its right in the disclosure how many shares this peeps have. 20M, 3M, 10M - it's CRAZY. I would spend $50-60K and donate product for a write off if I was going to receive hundreds of thousands in profit. You don't think FINs showing revs of say $400K or more would catapult the PPS ? 43 days left to THINK and ACT. Yep Q3 is over on 9/30. FINS reported on 11/15 ish and those Restricted are able to have legend removed 11 days later on 11/26.

Fingers - I will gladly give you my $50 bill in exchange for your $100 and you can even give that to me in 6 Jacksons !

Even if you slice my math in half - 50-60K outlay for around $250 - 500K profit makes alot of sense. What... PPS won't shoot up on great FINs ? Why TF is anyone in this ticker then ?
