As I can tell the link you pointed out is talking about another different company "AFFL ASSOCIATES, LLC", not our "Affiliated Resources Inc" (see the link below). So the Info. over there is non-related with AFFL.

Anyway you can google about the definition of "Form EX-99" though I'm not quite family with it.

I'm very curious who did today's big sell-off at 0.0040 ~ 0.0017 and why? I did pick up more dirt cheap shares today to lower my cost base and I'll continue to do so if the sell-off kicks in again since they are too cheap to miss!

Based on the FIXED only a couple of millions shares of Super Tiny float available for trading this hidden gem can Easily & Quickly surge back to 0.089 ~ 0.02 again...

Buying AFFL at current ridiculous low price 0.0075 = buying its peer (WDSL) at 0.00544 but WDSL is trading at ridiculous high price 0.185 now!

So WDSL is 34 Times More Expensive than AFFL now!
