Hi, I really don't Understand what they are saying ?

Are they saying that each shareholder gets a common share and a prefered share?

What have thet done since April 7, 2021 ?

They don't day when the stock will not be restriced ?


Are they saying that they borrowed the money for the for the 1606 cigs account ?

It sounds like Singlepoint is involved ?
