I appreciate your reasoned reply.

Moderators are allowed to be biased in their opinions as is everyone else. They are not allowed to be biased in their enforcement of the TOU.

That being said I have found it is nearly impossible to be completely unbiased when one has a certain way of looking at things. I'm satisfied when moderators do the best they can to fairly enforce the TOU regardless of how they feel about the stock or other posters. In any case, Matt is always the last line of defense should a moderator lose his objectivity.
