look it up deeper. go to his linkedin profile. he got 9 million shares at $0.13 who has not much education, no experience in this space and hasn’t achieved anything meaningful really. this is a perfect example in black and white of squandering money and of cheating shareholders.
they gave 4 to 5 million dollar in fees in prematurely selling hydrofarm stock at a discount when stock trading is free. folks look deeper, if you don’t they will take you to toilets.
