This is such BS….typical of Pablo’s inflated ego.

“All the years he worked for Singlepoint”…..it was just two years!!! And Direct Solar was not profitable at any time he was CEO (verified in court filings). And he is taking credit for the run up in January! What BS!

Is he going to take credit for every other stock that ran up in January/February?

He was with Singlepoint in March, April and May so according to his logic he is responsible for the market cap price crash too! Can’t have it both ways Amigo!

I am so glad the judge decided to consolidate both lawsuits into one lawsuit. I have read the filings, unlike most people on the message boards. I can say unequivocally that Pablo is losing the majority of the pleadings.

SIRC is welcome to Pablo….go ahead and throw good money after bad.

By the way…the judge AND Singlepoint’s attorneys are going to LOVE the fact that Pablo is discussing legal matters on a public forum. Sanctions coming…..Pablo is an idiot! I can assure you his attorneys will be pissed when they get the sanction from the judge!
