Proposal #1 is "High Risk"

It does not, in any way, require that additional shares be used for acquisitions. The "proceeds" can be used for ANY purpose, including balance sheet rehabilitation.

This is not an urgent matter . . . meaningful US Federal pot legislation is just a distant dream.

Unless/until the proposal is more narrowly drafted, my 7,006 shares will remain firmly in the NO column.
