No...SIRC is a PINK SHEET company and I do not see that they are considered fully-reporting.

I looked at SIRC filings on EDGAR and cannot see where they have ever filed the required docs with the SEC to be classified as fully-reporting.

They dont file 10Q's, etc. In additon, all financials have to be audited by a certified accounting firm.

So...SIRC is not a fully-reporting company per SEC standards.
