In his defense, who knows where the pps could land? It is simply how the market reacts to whatever. His guess is as good as yours, mine, or whoever thinks they want to throw out a guess. I think I can infer as to what he is talking about, but who knows?

Here's a genuine question for the board. Do the preferred shares shield us from a hostile takeover? I would assume yes, but I could be wrong.
