Guido, I respect you for being so dedicated to this cause. I also feel certain kindred spirit towards you because we both live in the bay area.

None of the stuff you post matters, just because they are facts doesn't mean it matters. Look at the PPS, we are hitting a new low everyday. We can say grand things like "I'll see this thru until the bitter end, I'll leave this to my grand kids"....... Truth is it's a dead, done, finished. SCOTUS was the last stop and all the other courts are just a formality and given what SCOTUS has ruled, lower courts just have a more strengthened and valid reason to give us the coup de gras shortly. SCOOTUS made the coup de gras possible.

Yes SCOTUS did say it's a taking claims. Like my legal professor said once can always sue about anything and everything but the crucial question is will one win? We can sue all we want but will we win?
