Is there the possibility of CytoDyn being able to force 13d pay for CytoDyn's legal expenses, losses due to adverse publicity on 13d's behalf. damages from the false statements, etc.?

Also I wonder if 13d is funding its own legal expenses, or are they being urged on/supported to grind away at CytoDyn's limited financial resources?

I would be interested in your thoughts on the matter.
