Do you believe that anyone who'd go into a state court requesting appointment as a receiver fully aware of those bankruptcy proceedings and the trustee administering the estate intends to do legitimate business with the hijacked corporation?

The above keeps getting overlooked.

And, once again, I used the "Email Us" page on the Kalamazoo County Government website, inquired with a subject line of the alleged case number. The Court Clerk replied by the end of the day.

The clerk and judge were misled. The "receiver" was fully aware of the bankruptcy in progress.
