The SEC just got back to me about this Ticker, he said it was probably a Private sale ,he also said that this Co. hasn't been SEC Filing in a long time and that the OTC isn't quoting pricing and that the CE is there for a reason. To be honest, he didn't sound very optimistic in his tone, not in his information about this Ticker, which was minimal, but might have been directed towards the OTC in general, basically saying Beware.
