The Court "knows" the Executive here over-reached, the same way he was knocked down with his very racist farm bill for "only" black farmers. The Court kicked him right in the ass, and said there were laws against discrimination. The leader of the free world attempted to violate the civil rights enacted by the people of the USA. Kicked right in the arse by the Court.

The next arse kick is going to be even more painful when the dumbass is told he has no right to put people under fascist tactics by joining up with corporations against the rights of the American people.
