On many of my posts i put normally the heading (sometimes a bit more) of the post i'm replying to in quotes and italics as i did

"Fua, I'm curious why your two very engaging posts with multiple links were introduced with

"

with yours just now. So if you click three back now you will see that

Noam Chomsky on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

with the Chomsky video which i had replied to with the post you just replied to.

I do it thinking in some cases it might save readers the trouble of clicking back themselves to see what mine replied to.

It serves that purpose for me too.

I've seen since some do it using just italics. I've stuck with the italics in quotes, so then i can add something else in just italics too.
