Nader hired Amarex against the recommendation of more qualified individuals. Nader and Amarex designed faulty trials. Nader wrongfully terminated pestell and just now cost the company almost $10 million. Nader twice has been sued for unjust enrichment and lost both times. Nader lied about securing “non dilutive” financing at $10, when in reality it was wholly false. Nader lied about revenue in the Philippines. Nader lied about Canada, Uk, Mexico, China, Philippines, India, Hungary. Nader enriches himself and won’t reduce his salary or benefits to a level more fitting a failed biotech ceo. He shoved dilution down everyones throats while smiling and lying to their faces. He isn’t even good at raising funds, it’s all dilutive financing from a loan shark. Please, by all means share anything Nader has done that isn’t 1. A lie, 2.. Retracted, 3. A failed study for approval, 4. Costing shareholders 5. Illegal and drawing attention of the DOJ/SEC. 6.
